20ml Maraschino liqueur
20ml Green Chartreuse
20ml Fresh lime juice

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

20ml Lemon juice
2 Dashes Bols Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes crème de Violette (or Bols Parfait Amour in a pinch)

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

40ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
30ml Junipero Gin
7.5ml Henri Bardouin Pastis
40ml Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
10ml Elderflower cordial

Shaken and strained, served in a cocktail glass, garnished with a lemon twist.

Yuzu Slushie

30ml Giffard Lemon Giallo (Limoncello)
15ml Russian Standard Vodka
15ml Shochu
7.5ml Yuzu juice
10ml Sugar syrup
1 Tsp Yuzu curd
2 Drops Regans’ Orange Bitters

Mix in a slushie machine and serve in a plastic cup. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

30ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey
15ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
15ml Patron Citronage
20ml Fresh lime juice
2 Mint leaves

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake briskly. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail class and garnish with a mint leaf.

60ml Aperol
10ml Blood Orange Caramel*
10ml Lemon juice
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

Build in a Reidel O Burgundy glass over hand chipped ice. Garnish with an orange twist. *If you must substitute try using the Simple Syrup Company’s Burnt Orange and Vanilla Syrup.

45ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
20ml Pineapple infused Noilly Prat Vermouth
15ml Manzanilla sherry
2 Dashes Bob’s Orange & Spice bitters

Stir down and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

30ml Angostura bitters
30ml El Dorado 5yr old rum
30ml Orgeat
30ml Fresh orange juice
1 Egg

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a wine glass. Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
