Technology has been changing the world and now technology – in shiny new iPad form – will  be applied to a new training program being launched by Pernod Ricard Australia, said Ben Davidson, their brand education manager.

“MAISON is designed for new and experienced bartenders who are already engaged in the industry, who are hungry for knowledge and are looking to further their career in hospitality”, said Ben.

Those who complete all modules of the course will receive a diploma form Ecole Hoteliére de Lausanne, Switzerland, a top hotel school from a country known for its hospitality graduates.

The program has been a long time coming: “two years in development and based on extensive research around what bartenders want and need, MAISON is a programme that adds value to bartenders, develops professionalism in bartending and elevates the craft of bartending to a worthwhile career choice”, said Ben.
