Things have never been better for those on Sydney’s northside when it comes to eating and drinking, and new venues have kept popping up over summer.
“Manly’s offering of small bars, pubs, and some of Sydney’s most beautiful restaurants are what makes this local community remarkable.” said Matt Clifton of new addition to Manly, Donny’s, which is offering up Asian-inspired tapas and dumplings as well as Asian-influenced cocktails.
“The food and drink scene these days is always evolving, and its exciting to see Manly’s burgeoning bar and restaurant scene delivering world class standards,” he said.
This thriving scene hasn’t gone unnoticed by Sydney’s most successful operators, with hospitality big guns, Merivale, recently opening their new restaurant and bar, Papi Chulo, just in time for New Year’s Eve. They’ve got the BBQ happening, conjuring up the flavours of the Deep South as well as classic South American dishes, with drinks to suit.
