The Hunter

OK, they’ve been open nearly a year now, so The Hunter ain’t so new a bar. But on a recent visit we found passionate service, good eats and delicious drinks.
The bar takes some inspiration out of Africa — there’s some sort of dead animal hide covering the bar stools — but it’s done in an understated fashion (this is Mosman after all). There’s no drinking-on-Safari garishness here.

Wine is a big focus, but so too are the bar eats: we’ve not found emu on a burger anywhere else.
