G’Vine started the G’&T season with an online campaign celebrating escape, innovation, the mischievous spirit of the industry.

Bartenders from all over the world posted videos and pictures of their inspirations and shared their spectacular recipes. Many thanks to all participants for their innovative and playful twists – they made the final decisions very difficult for the judging panel.

All five winners will be in France next month for a grand G’Vine Escape, celebrating the world of the grape — the foundation of G’Vine Gins.

Traveling from Bordeaux to Saint-Emilion, discovering wonderful wines, and experiencing Cognac and Pineau des Charentes as true locals. They will then be hosted by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet,  oenologist, master distiller and founder of G’Vine and parent company EWG, at Villevert.

Celebrating both the heritage and the innovation that are unique to Villevert, our winners will create their own gin expressions, attend a gala dinner with industry luminaries, and enjoy a few other once in a lifetime surprises, courtesy of our gracious hosts.

Congratulations  to:

  • Lin Da Niu from Taiwan (Trio)
  • Kate Jackson from UK (The King of Ladies Man, The Mayor of Scaredycat town)
  • Jagoba Santesteban from Spain (Geo Cocktail)
  • Nick Selvadurai from Australia (Cookie)
  • Yasuhiro Kawakubo from Japan (Bar Libre)

We look forward to sharing our favourite escape with you in a few weeks!
