It’s a big wide world of spirits out there. And while mezcal and other esoteric spirits might be popular among bartending types (and rightly so), this list of the top ten spirits by volume will put that popularity in perspective.
Topping the list is Jinro Soju from Korea, which sold over 65 million nine litre cases over the last year — more than the second and third places on the list combined.
The list is released annually as part of a larger, Real 100 List, by the IWSR.
