The guys at The Barber Shop know a thing or two about gin. Take a look at their back bar — it’s filled with the juniperous goodness you’ll find in each bottle of gin.
So we’re delighted that Mike Enright and his team will be kicking off Sydney Bar Week with this event. They’ll be dishing out gin drinks like it’s a Hogarth sketch and taking you on an historic journey of the gin cocktails that have come out of Britain over the centuries.
