Giffard liqueurs have been showcasing their Agave Sec Liqueur recently, and it’s one worth checking out. It’s a collaboration between Giffard and Simon Difford, and instead of using sugar to sweeten the liqueur, they’ve switched in agave nectar. Agave nectar, as you might well know, is much lower on the glycemic index than regular sugar, and still packs the same sweetness — and with agave in the liqueur, you just know this is going to give your traditional Margaritas a lift.
