UK publication, Drinks International, has just released its World’s Best Bars Brands Report 2015 — and the number one brand for the world’s best bars this year is Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal.
“This is such a wonderful way to begin 2015”, said Ron Cooper, creator of the Del Maguey brand. “Del Maguey always holds dearest the commendations of our Del Maguey family, that is, all the bartenders, everywhere, who have made Del Maguey what it is today. The publication, which also releases the World’s 50 Best Bars list each year, spoke with 100 of the best bars on its list and some 334 bartenders, commentators and industry trainers to develop the report on brands.
Del Maguey, which is distributed in Australia by Vanguard Luxury Brands, beat out several more recognised — and better funded — brands on the list.
