Decked out from top to bottom in big planks of wood, The Hold is a little sanctuary of awesome booze and considered cocktails away from the summertime madness of Manly. It gets busy in here that’s for sure; luckily, one look at the back bar will tell you that they know their booze here. There’s some very good drinking to be had.

And to combat that busyness that comes with being in Manly, the cocktails here are pre-batched and bottled, with minimal assembly required to push out a great drink.
