An English garden party with high tea — and gin taking the front seat. Andy Griffiths (The Rum Diary) and Daniel Monk (Joe Taylor, The Toff in Town) have written a gin-exclusive cocktail list for this new Fitzroy space with drinks such as ‘The Business’ including ingredients like tea smoked honey and truffled saline, and a twist on a French 75 with quince infused green tea that works with the direction of the venue.
Opening with over 80 gins, the team intends to grow the list to over 150 by years end. And don’t worry if you get the need to eat, gin-soaked cucumber sandwiches should do the trick.
