G’Vine’s global cocktail competition is back, and they’re offering the chance for one extraordinary Australian bartender to go on a bartending trip to remember to Cognac and Paris.
For the G’Vine Perspectives challenge, they’re inviting bartenders to pay homage to one unconventional inspiration who has changed the way they view their craft, and the world.
Jamie Walker, Global Trade Director explained: “We believe it is important to recognize those people that have challenged the norm and in turn given us the strength to challenge our own perspectives. That’s the ethos our founder Jean Sebastien Robiquet delivers in the production of G’Vine, a traditionally crafted gin, but made from grape distillate & vine flower.”
The winners from around the world will go on a five day trip to Cognac and Paris, hosted by brand owner Jean Sebastien Robiquet, and luminaries Phil Duff, Gaz Regan and Alex Kratena.

1. Video yourself talking about your creative inspiration – someone who’s unconventional perspective on his or her craft inspires you in yours, and create an original cocktail in their honour.
2. Upload your video to www.gvineperspectives.com and fill in the entry form
3. The video and G’Vine serve will then be judged by our panel of global drinks gurus.
4. Challenge closes 14th May, 2015.
5. Ten winners – One winner will be chosen from each region: UK, US, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Latin America, Australia, Europe, Asia.
6. Winners announced on 28th May, 2015
7. The winners travel to Cognac for 5 day prize 22nd June.
