Marcus Motteram (New Guernica, Chuckle Park) is back at it again and this time it’s Adelaide that gets a taste. A nautical inspired ‘dive’ bar is in order and so are copious amounts of rum and gin. With an anchor in the venue weighing 1250kg and the bar being made from reclaimed wood from Largs Bay jetty we can surely say that the design fits the concept. The only thing missing is the pirates!
