Gin 1 & 9 is a recent addition to the portfolio of Cerbaco, further strengthening its offering of fine French spirits.
The gin was designed in collaboration with bartenders and as a result, ten botanicals (one plus nine equals 10, get it?) were selected.
Among the botanicals are traditional gin ingredients like juniper, orange peel, coriander, angelica and cardamom, however they’re also joined by Jamaican chilli pepper and Chinese ginger.
Distilled in copper stills, the gin offers up subtle juniper with citrus, angelica, coriander and slightly smoky, spicy characters on the nose, with a complex palate and a long finish.
