Kneading Ruby has recently opened in Wollongong, offering up pizza, modern Italian food, cocktails and wine.

Which sounds just perfect to us.

One of the co-owners is Fred Duarte, whom some of you may remember from his time with Suntory as both a brand manager, and earlier as a rep on the road. So that means you know the booze offering is going to be good at Kneading Ruby.

They’ve got a simple cocktail list that gets right to the point: see the Aperol Spritz and the Negroni to start, and a couple of little coffee numbers, too. In terms of the food, there’s plenty of Italian flavour on hand — check out a recent menu below.
