Iain has been making his footprint within the hospitality industry for over ten years now, with experience in Australia, Edinburgh, and London, working in more than a few of the world’s most awarded bars including Black Pearl, Eau De Vie, and Bramble.
Part of the dynamic duo, Iain then went on to open acclaimed London venues White Lyan and Dandelyan. The company Mr Lyan LTD, has also branched out into retail launching a line of bottled cocktails.
Personally crafted masterclasses: Iain will be presenting nationwide on the versatility and innovation of the Beam Suntory Peated Malts and how they have led changes over time in the distillation world and subsequently how they can be best mixed with. He will be creating and demonstrating some personal favourites as well as some classic serves from the award winning venues that have proudly placed him high on the international cocktail scene.
