Here we go folks — Sydney Bar Week 2016 is just a couple of months away, kicking off on Saturday the 17th of September and finishing up on the 20th. With the finalists for the 16th annual Bartender Magazine Australian Bar Awards unveiled, the competitors for the Bartender of the Year sponsored by Bacardi & De Kuyper sorted, and the return of the Indie Tasting to Frankie’s announced, we’re barrelling towards four days of bar industry goodness so big that it’s called a Bar Week.

It’s just not September in Sydney without Bar Week. It’s the time of year in which the brightest bartenders and bar operators gather in Sydney to swap notes, catch up, learn about the latest trends and drink some great drinks.

Take a look at just some of the great events that we’ve got lined up for this year — tickets will go onside from July 1 — and if you want to get involved in events during Bar Week get in touch with David Spanton via email on david@spantonmedia.com.
