New Paddington venue Tequila Mockingbird has opened in a three-story townhouse ust near the area’s famous Five Ways.
The restaurant features two bars — one, downstairs, with space for eight people to get a drink and dive into their agave selection; the other is the rooftop bar, which thanks to some retractable roofing is able to employed year round.
The food at Tequila Mockingbird explores a range of Latin American flavours, from Mexico all the way down to Argentina, and is a result of the travels of co-owner Michael Regent alongside the creative talents of executive chef Regan Porteous (Riley St Garage).
