We’re well and truly on record as being big fans of the Perth bar scene, which means that the team from Australian Bartender is stoked to be taking the Indie Spirits Tasting to Perth for the first time in March 2017.
It’s all happening on Wednesday the 15th of March at The Flour Factory in Perth’s city centre. Indie Spirits Tasting Perth will be the first evening instalment of the event, kicking off at 5pm, and is open to the trade and the public.
The Indie Spirits Tasting is all about giving the smaller, independent brands their due. On show will be spirits from across the spectrum, with master distillers on hand to talk about their gear some 100-plus bottlings available to taste.
For $40, your ticket buys you access to these boutique and often hard to find spirits, from over 20 distilleries, as well as to the intimate tasting seminars that take a deep dive into craft production and great hooch.

In 2017, Perth is the first destination for the Indie Spirits Tasting, with stops in Brisbane on Sunday the 28th of May at Lefty’s Oldtime Music Hall, and Sydney for Bar Week on Sunday the 17th of September at Frankie’s Pizza by the Slice.
