On Monday night nearly 700 industry professionals packed Doltone House at Sydney’s Jones Bay Wharf for the 22nd Annual Bartender Magazine Bar Awards. More than 30 awards were presented with bars from across the country represented.
Consummate professional, James Irvine, a legend of the industry, took out top honors with his two stunning drinks – ‘Goes Na-nana-nana’ and ‘Crust off’. “What an awesome experience and another very, very fun event,” said James after the win.
We are bringing together two award-winning rum bars from opposite sides of the globe for a night of Caribbean-inspired cocktails, lively beats, and a whole lot of raucous fun. Come experience the vibrant spirit of NYC with a Cuban twist in Sydney’s home of rum.
