UK magazine Theme has just announced its list of the top 100 most influential bar industry players, as voted for by bartenders, operators and the drinks brands.
The great and the good of Britain’s drinks industry gathered at The Bloomsbury Ballroom in London on Tuesday the 28th to hear the results, and if the photos are anything to go by, could not remember who won what the following morning.
Limoncello loving legend Salvatore Calebrese of Fifty fame scooped the big prize and was joined in the top 10 by the likes of Dick Bradsell, Sir Terence Conran, Eric Yu and Tony Conigliaro.
