Launch of Big Rig Diner at Ruby Rabbit

Big Rig Diner at Ruby Rabbit officially opened for business last week with a bumper launch party. Head chef Zachary Sykes created a fantastic sampler menu for last night’s launch which included mini Big Rig hotdogs with spicy sausage, caramelised onion, brie and tomato chilli jam. To wash it all down guests enjoyed punchy margaritas from El Jimador, Jack Daniels cocktails and Miller beer.

Grant Collins and the Zeta boys have transformed Zeta’s VIP Room to host several special “Vinatage Nights” over the remaining winter months until 9 August.

Bar Convent Berlin Makes Hat-trick

Germany will see the third gathering of its bar industry this October at Bar Convent Berlin. The most influentual bar show in Central Europe will see a great line-up of speakers again with whisky guru Dave Broom, Ritz legend Colin Field from Paris and the Japanese ‘master of ice’ Hidetsugu Ueno passing on their knowledge among others.
