The Theme Magazine Bar & Restaurant Awards for 2009 have announce their finalists (or shortlist) as they call it. The ‘New Bar’ and ‘UK Bar’ categories always create generate a lot of interest in our offices, especially if anyone is heading over to the UK before the chill sets in.
