After a fun filled 18 months at the helm of Seamstress/Sweatshop cocktail bars, Adi Ruiz has decided to move on leaving the drinks in the capable hands of Paul Hammond. And for anyone who is still wondering, he is not cashless and friendless in Liverpool, he is still right here in Oz.
“I’m very happy to announce that as of December 1st I will be joining the Black Pearl team for what is shaping up to be a very exciting 2010,” says Adi. “I’m eagerly anticipating sinking my teeth into my new role, and providing warm hospitality of increasing excellence throughout my tenure.”
