The man we all affectionately know as Tim ‘God Damn’ Wastell (pictured above right with Golden Monkey’s Michael Chen) and last year’s Bar Manager of the Year at the Bartender Magazine Australian Bar Awards is leaving Blue Diamond. “After two years at the helm, I am leaving Blue Diamond to focus on as yet unannounced projects both in Melbourne and interstate.”
