Following a recent renovation The Saint is occupying the site that previously held the Paddington Arms Hotel. With its comfy chesterfields, cosy candlelight and friendly staff, The Saint claims to have settled in nicely and is already attracting a regular Paddington following.

The new look space has ahs been given a couple of quirks thanks to fifties burlesque-style artwork running along the length of the bar and a twelve feet high installation by artist Marlon Dalton to contribute colour and energy to what is now quite an eclectic space.

Level 1 has been fitted with private bar and bathrooms for private functions, but if you’re more of the social type you might prefer a spot by vast open windows looking out onto the bustling Oxford Street.

Owner Joe Saleh, also of Paddington institution The Four in Hand says “The Saint is a down-to-earth, fun welcoming pub, and it’s somewhere you know you can go and relax; watch your favourite team or sport playing on the projector screen’s or just even for a nightcap on the way home (and know it will be open thanks to the only 3am license in Paddo). You walk in the door knowing that you will always feel comfortable with the friendly service and atmosphere.”
