Only being on the bartending scene for a short while, Krystal Hart recently impressed with a round win in the World Class cocktail competition. We thought it was high time we caught up with one of the new, leading ladies on the Australian bar scene to find out what where she worked before Canvas Bar, what cocktail she would probably order at a bar and what super power she’d choose if it was possible.

What is your proudest moment behind the bar?

When I won the gentleman’s round of World Class. I looked over at Pez and Marco who were in the Top 3 and they had this ‘were so proud of you’ look… greatest moment!

And most embarrassing?

My first shift at Sling Lounge. I was working with Marty, did a double shake and both tins opened and went all over me…. I still got the job somehow??
