The lads at the West Winds have expanded their range. The beverage moguls in the making look set to control all the liquid inside your G&T with the addition of a tonic water. The tonic water is a joint venture with Cape Grim water, which is some of the purest in the world. They’ll also produce a lemonade, soda and dry ginger ale and according to co-founder Jeremy Spencer, the project has come about from co-founder Jason Chan’s friendship with Joost (of the Joost Greenhouse project fame) and “sustainability and the locavore movements are really what it’s about.”
