Group Bars Manager
Award winning Brisbane Hospitality Group Katarzyna, behind amazing venues such as Press Club, Empire Hotel, Cloudland, Family Nightclub and Bunk Backpackers is looking for a Group Bars Manager to provide direction to their bars in relation to product trends; cocktail menu design, training and service standards.
The ideal applicant will have a strong hospitality background, highly motivated and a passion for customer service and current product trends. They will also need a demonstrated track record in leadership and people management within the hospitality sector.
Reporting to the Director but with a high degree of operational independence you will oversee the venue bar teams to ensure that a premier product and service is delivered to the guests of all Katarzyna venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the individual venues bar operations are delivered to a high standard
- Staff recruitment of experienced mixologists
- Motivation and training of management, bar attendants and floor staff
- Set up standard bar operating procedures
- Managing all service issues with focus on dispensing a quality product
- Management of staff in bar procedures and product knowledge
- A focus and commitment on providing exceptional customer service
- Design of Cocktail Menu
Personal Attributes:
- High level of verbal communication skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate staff and provide leadership and support
- Exceptional Grooming Standards
- The successful candidate must have at least 8 years experience in hospitality Management
