G’Vine is celebrating the start of G’&T season with an online campaign celebrating escape, innovation and the mischievous spirit of the industry.
We are offering the bartender around the world the chance win a great prize by entering an online contest that is fun, easy and sharable.
Here’s how it works:
- Bartenders log onto www.escapetothegrape.com
- 2 visuals should be posted: an image or video of an “escape” that inspires them, and a G’Vine & Tonic twist that it inspired, with bottle in shot or a g’. Entry will be automatically posted to www.facebook.com/gvineescape and @GVineEscape.
- The variation can be in the recipe, in the garnish, in the theatre or presentation – anything that communicates the escape that inspired it. You are free to use any definition of the word “tonic” that you choose, but G’Vine must be the main ingredient.
- Contest will last 5 weeks from April 9th until May 14th 2014
- Judging is on:
- creativity and originality of the pictures – 50 points
- the way it reflects the escape and mischievous spirit of the G’Vine – 50 points
- how well the recipe itself is appreciated – 50 points
- Extra 50 points may be won through social media outreach, so ask for fans to vote!
- 5 Lucky winners to be announced on May 16th 2014 for a trip on the week of June 16th to 21st 2014
- Grand Prize – 5 Days as a Local – An All Access Pass to Cognac!
Celebrating both the heritage and the innovation, G’Vine will take you on an all-access tour of the region’s best grape producers, with a couple of surprises along the way through the Bordeaux and Cognac regions. The day will end at a great feast. Highlighting the delicacies of the region, with local and international industry legends.
