This is one of the tastiest ciders we’ve had the pleasure of pouring down our gullets lately. Custard & Co ciders are made by Ian Rayner on a small farm of 35 acres in the south west of Western Australia. The apples are organic and biodynamic, and the chief point of difference for these ciders are that they are made with wild yeasts in open fermenters. Despite this natural fermentation, the resulting ciders are clean, and packed full of flavour.
