The latest in the wave of agave: Delirio Mezcals


There seems to be no abating the tide of mezcal arriving in Australia, and High Spirits Beverages are the latest importers to bring in the good stuff from Oaxaca, with the release of Mezcal Delirio de Oaxaca.

They’re produced in the traditional manner, with organic agaves cooked for three days in underground pits with mesquite wood (the Reposado and the Anejo use Copal wood, too). They’re then fermented using open pine fermenters and natural yeasts.
