Tom Macy is the head bartender at Brooklyn bar, Clover Club. In the video below, Macy shows us his two-in-one-hand jigger technique, which he reckons can save you valuable time when your bar is pumping and you need to crank out the cocktails.
Macy, by the way, should know a thing or two about serving up cocktails to a busy bar — Clover Club took out the Best High Volume Cocktail Bar at the Spirited Awards in 2013.
