A Ramos for Mardi Gras in New Orleans today

It’s Mardi Gras time in New Orleans, and though it’s night time there right now, they’ll no doubt be carrying on to the wee hours of tomorrow — it’s the New Orleans way.

With Mardi Gras in mind, we thought we’d take a look at a quintessentially New Orleans cocktail — the Ramos Gin Fizz.
