Custard Ale Flip

This delicious, creamy Custard Ale Flip comes via The Duke of Clarence and its bar manager, Steve McDermott.

  • 20 ml demerara allspice spice syrup
  • 15 ml Talisker
  • 60 ml English Special Bitter
  • 15 ml sous-vide marmalade custard
  1. Shake all ingredients and strain into a Flip glass.
