Custard Ale Flip
This delicious, creamy Custard Ale Flip comes via The Duke of Clarence and its bar manager, Steve McDermott.
- 20 ml demerara allspice spice syrup
- 15 ml Talisker
- 60 ml English Special Bitter
- 15 ml sous-vide marmalade custard
- Shake all ingredients and strain into a Flip glass.
