Olive Oil & Avocado Seed Maker’s Mark Old Fashioned
- 60ml Olive Oil & Avocado Seed Maker’s Mark
- 10ml honey and ginger syrup
- 5ml olive leaf extract
Stir and strain all ingredients over ice. Garnish with a discarded lemon zest and olive leaf.
For the Olive Oil & Avocado Seed Bourbon
- 100g OVO per per 700ml Maker’s Mark
- 100g avocado seed (cut in half) per 700ml Mark’s Mark
Sous vide at 60 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
