If you’ve become a little bored by tequila, citrus, and sweetener, then this riff on the classic combo will wake you up a little thanks to the combination of earthy chillis.
Al Pastor
- 50 ml Guajillo Tequila ((infused with guajillos anchos, arboles))
- 20 ml citrus
- 15 ml Charcoal Roasted Pineapple Syrup
- Shake and strain into Nick & Nora
- Garnish: Annato Oil drops
