Gin Coffee & Tonic: a coffee cocktail with a bitter lemon difference

We’re not sure where it was — or who it was, for that matter — that got the Coffee & Tonic thing going, but we’re glad they did. If you’ve never tried it, at first it’s a little disorienting flavour-wise; go back for a second or third sip, however, and you’ll be hooked.

We’ve used bitter lemon here, a citrusy tonic common in English boozers, which results in the perfect pick me up that isn’t an Espresso Martini, and colder than the Irish Coffee (that is, of course, unless you’re opting for this banging frozen version).

Gin Coffee & Tonic

  • 60 ml gin
  • 15 ml Little Drippa
  • 120 ml Organics by Red Bull Bitter Lemon
  1. Add ingredients to a tall glass. Add ice and serve.

What’s in the drink?
