You can now apply to the Bartender Boxing Organization — here’s how

Sydney Bar Week is already shaping up to be the biggest Bar Week we’ve ever had — there’s already some 33-odd events on the five days schedule taking place between Saturday 14th and Wednesday 18th of September 2019.

And a new event this year — one of the big drawqcrards for the Sunday night of Bar Week — is the arrival of the Bartender Boxing Organization to Australia.

And Sydney-based bartenders are invited to apply now at www.bartenderboxing.com.

Below, Raj Nagra explains a little about what’s involved.

The Bartender Boxing Organization is an opportunity to reprogram your life and achieve a unique goal. It’s a 12-week journey of transformation to becoming a healthier, fitter and more confident you! The results are lifechanging — we promise you won’t regret it.

All you need to do is show up to training and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s a beautiful journey.

Applications close on Saturday June 1, with training starting on June 17. The schedule for training will take place from 12:00PM-1:00PM on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s each week through to the final’s bout, which will take place in Sydney on Sunday September 15th from 8-11pm at Sydney Bar Week.

For those attending Sydney Bar Week this year, you won’t want to miss seeing your friends showcase their skills on the big stage around a sanctioned amateur bout at the Bartender Boxing event. So, place it in your diaries now! More information to follow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get into shape as part of a close-knit team while supporting a charitable cause. Apply now. We are also pleased to announce that none other than Mark Tarrant will be leading the Australian operations for the Bartender Boxing Organization (BBO).

You can catch Raj Nagra and Mark Tarrant at the Duke of Clarence on Monday May 13, from 3-5pm, when they will be holding a recruitment session where you can apply for the program and have any questions answered, so please feel free to drop by!
