We’re big fans of Cobblers generally. Take a delicious whiskey like the Hudson Baby Bourbon, add a little dry sherry to lengthen it and add ice. It’s a good way to cool down — even in the colder weather — and slows down your intake of booze.
Whiskey Cobbler
- 60 ml Hudson Baby Bourbon
- 15 ml dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Stir with ice in a tin.
- Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint and fruit in season.
