Whiskey Cobbler

We’re big fans of Cobblers generally. Take a delicious whiskey like the Hudson Baby Bourbon, add a little dry sherry to lengthen it and add ice. It’s a good way to cool down — even in the colder weather — and slows down your intake of booze.

Whiskey Cobbler

  • 60 ml Hudson Baby Bourbon
  • 15 ml dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  1. Stir with ice in a tin.
  2. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint and fruit in season.
