United behind a mission to bring craft coffee into the night, Mr Black wants people to radically rethink the role of coffee in the modern bar. Urged on by ambassadors Martin Hudak & Jimmy Snelgrove, many of Australia’s best bars have taken up the challenge.
Take a look at Matt Whiley’s take on the Espresso Martini below.
- 20 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
- 20 ml tequila
- 20 ml Campari
- 5 ml Rinquinquin Peach Aperitif
- 5 ml vanilla syrup
- 25 ml espresso
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass.
- Dust with coffee.
