Here’s Matt Whiley’s take on the Espresso Martini

United behind a mission to bring craft coffee into the night, Mr Black wants people to radically rethink the role of coffee in the modern bar. Urged on by ambassadors Martin Hudak & Jimmy Snelgrove, many of Australia’s best bars have taken up the challenge.

Take a look at Matt Whiley’s take on the Espresso Martini below.

Espresso Martini

  • 20 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
  • 20 ml tequila
  • 20 ml Campari
  • 5 ml Rinquinquin Peach Aperitif
  • 5 ml vanilla syrup
  • 25 ml espresso
  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Dust with coffee.
