United behind a mission to bring craft coffee into the night, Mr Black wants people to radically rethink the role of coffee in the modern bar. Urged on by ambassadors Martin Hudak & Jimmy Snelgrove, many of Australia’s best bars have taken up the challenge.
Take a look at Kate McGraw’s cocktail, Savoury Coffee.
- 15 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
- 20 ml miso liqueur
- 20 ml burnt ends Armagnac
- 20 ml fermented coffee cordial
- 7.5 ml wattle honey
- 2 dashes saline
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir.
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a miso caramel crisp.
