This is the take on the classic Sour cocktail from the 2019 Tequila Bar of the Year, Cantina OK!.
Just what exactly is jus de paradis, you ask? “We wanted to create what we thought was the ideal tropical flavour. It’s a big blend of fruit and spices and makes one syrup,” says Cantina OK! bartender Ho Song.
- 50 ml blanco tequila
- 25 ml lime juice
- 30 ml jus de paradis
- 15 ml egg white
- Garnish with pandan.
