It’s World Martini Day. Here are a few solid Martini recipes for your weekend.

Hot on the heels of World Gin Day last week (10th of June for those who missed it), it is World Martini Day today. Just check your Insta feed. There are Martinis aplenty.

So, we thought we’d jump on the bandwagon and add a couple of our most recent martini recipes to the mix.

Dry Martini recipe

Dry Martini recipe

  1. Stir down with ice in a mixing glass until very, very cold.
  2. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with your choice of citrus twist or olive — you pays your money and you takes your choice.

Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass.
  3. Dust with coffee.

Breakfast Martini recipe

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and double-strain into a coupette.
  2. Squeeze a thin twist of orange on top, and garnish with the thin orange spiral.
