30ml Jack Apple
x2 lemon wedges
Top with chilled soda water
Build & stir all over an ice-filled highball glass.
Jack Apple Smash
60ml Jack Apple
10ml sugar syrup
20ml fresh lime juice
Handful of ‘clapped’ mint leaves
Build & stir over ice in a highball glass, top with chilled soda
Garnish with green apple & fresh mint
