Eleven Bridges, South Brisbane’s own gin bar and distillery, ready and waiting for you to sample their Brisbane-inspired drops. The brainchild of Lyal Midgley, Rugby League legend Darren Lockyer and Mark Nightingale, Eleven Bridges Gin Bar and Distillery makes its home in the former Peel Street Tavern, nestled in the heart of this bustling riverside spot. The trio share a love of great local gin, fine wine and craft beer, so naturally jumped at the chance to bring South Brisbane it’s very own distillery, bar and meeting place.

This newcomer is anything but unprepared. Featuring an extensive collection of over 100 boutique local and international gins, Eleven Bridges has carefully curated the perfect tonic and garnish combination for each botanical on offer. The bar also has a strong wine list and a number of craft beers for those not so enamored with gin, alongside a delicious menu designed for sharing. Patrons are encouraged to lounge in the large armchairs that dot the venue and stay awhile with a gin in hand.

An ode to the river city, Eleven Bridges’ own gin will be inspired by the bridges that connect Brisbane and bring our family and friends together. The first small batch to hit Eleven Bridges will include the ‘William Jolly Summer Gin’, paying homage to its namesake bridge. Their gins will be available to be enjoyed as an elevated G&T, as a signature cocktail or bottled for die-hard gin fans to take home.
