Miss Van’s is a new street food restaurant and bar from Andrew Duong, the man behind Miss Van’s Street Food, Lazy Su and Baby Su. Andrew’s roots stem back to rural Laos and Vietnam and his family found their way to Australia by way of food.

The funky new restaurant, facing onto Marcus Clarke Street from the CityWest carpark, will give Andrew a permanent home and a chance to show off his well-honed hospitality skills and his young and well-credentialled new team which includes head chef Adam Hazleton (ex-Aubergine and ex-Pulp Kitchen via London), sous chef Brandon Hardiman (ex-Corella), and bar manager Michael Nguyen (ex-Molly).

This is Asian fusion at its best with old school favourites like spring rolls with modern twists like wild mushrooms, palm heart, and vermicelli. You can pick up a Banh-mi at lunchtime but dinner is all about the sharing style set menu.
