Have you got a great idea for a Sydney Bar Week event or party? There are seven timeslots available for these bar-led events so send us over ideas asap, as the best events will be invited to join the Sydney Bar Week timetable.

But before you do, there are a few key things you need to think about. And here they are:
- Venue, date and approximate time of event (event timeslots are 2 hours and need to fit into our timetable, so there are no guarantees that the timeslot will work)
- Description of the event including proposed number of attendees
- You need to use a minimum of 2 different Sydney Bar Week headline sponsors (both brands cannot be from the same supplier for your event to be included on the timetable). Brands or suppliers that are not involved in Bar Week cannot be included. Headline sponsors can be found here. Once you have 2 headline sponsors you can also include any of our Indie Spirits Tasting boutique brands. They are also listed here. Sydney Bar Week is not possible without the support of our valued sponsors, so let’s get behind them.
