Behind the double doors is a space where the champagne flows and the music is smooth and sexy. The drinks list changes tempo with the seasons, and the late night food menu is perfect for fuelling a grand discussion right into the early hours of the morning.

The Dusk Club has recently opened its doors to Sydneysiders who are down to enjoy the intimate, jazz-infused lounge that is hidden in the heart of the CBD. Situated in the upstairs of the Edinburgh Castle, the 1920s-inspired cocktail bar awaits the opportunity to take you and yours to a vibrant, fun hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Brought to you by the Solotel Group (Golden Sheaf, Opera Bar, Paddo Inn, among others), the venue harks back to the early years of the Eddy, when it was frequented by a group of Bohemian writers called the Dawn and Dusk Club. Make your way up the stairs and you will be whisked into a different era with jazz tunes and an intimate art-deco vibe.

The Dusk Club is focusing on their twist menu that features a variety of Bombay gins incorporated into familiar classics, whether it be a lemon myrtle fusion, blood orange sorbet or Ramos milkshake. Traditionalists are always welcome too, with the Dusk Club still stirring and shaking the perfect martini.

On the food front, expect lots of delicious snacks like marinated olives, a spicy chickpea dip and crispy bread with za’atar, fried chickpeas and lemon. There is also a selection of Australian cheeses and a charcuterie board.

Solotel does things well and we expect this latest city offering will be a hit with the CBD crowd.
