Baby Dragon is the new addition cocktail bar located on Enmore Road in Newtown, Sydney that is a little different from most other local watering holes.
Julian’s long-time friend and bartender Quinton Seeto is the resident mixologist at the joint; stirring, shaking and shaping the fun and fantasy-inspired cocktail offering.
The bar has been brought to life by the creator of Sydney’s famous Saga Bar, Julian Frederick and is a place where expertly crafted cocktails are served amongst the scenery of lush waterfalls and mythical island legends. There are dragons aplenty and rumour has it that all dreams come true here…

The Baby Dragon cocktail list combines the wild, untamed elements of smoke, fire and ice with their own unique mixology magic.
